1. Agreement

By using milliontoysbook.com, signing up for our newsletter, or buying our book, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. (We know — exciting opener.)

2. The book and digital content

One Toy Now or A Million Toys Tomorrow? is the original work of Valentine Moroz, all rights reserved. The text, illustrations, and all free PDFs on this site (Business Napkin, money-questions, author letter) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own. You're welcome to share the free PDFs with friends, family, and homeschool groups.

3. Orders, payments, and shipping

Prices on the site are in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax where required.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
We ship within the U.S. only from this site. For international orders, please use Amazon's regional site.
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

4. Returns and refunds

The book is print-on-demand to keep costs low and we do not accept returns. If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email val@milliontoysbook.com within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement.

5. Newsletter and email

If you sign up for our free Million Toys Workbook or any free PDF, you also agree to receive occasional emails from us about new posts, new content, or book updates. You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email.

6. Sponsorship tiers

Sponsorship is currently paused. Any prior sponsorship agreements are honored per the terms in those individual agreements.

7. External links

This site links to Amazon, Stripe, Pinterest, Facebook, and other services. We are not responsible for what happens on those external sites — see their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The financial-education content on this site is offered for general parenting and educational purposes. It is not financial advice for adults. We make no guarantees that your child will become a millionaire (although we will not be surprised).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MillionToysBook and Valentine Moroz are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the book.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
