1. Who we are

MillionToysBook is the website for the picture book One Toy Now or A Million Toys Tomorrow? by Valentine Moroz. We sell the PDF download direct, link to Amazon for paperback fulfillment, and publish parenting content. Contact: val@milliontoysbook.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and ship books. Specifically:

Email address and first name — if you sign up for our free Million Toys Workbook or any newsletter. Stored in our database and used only to send you the requested content and occasional book updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
Order info — name, shipping address, email, and last 4 digits of card (the full card is handled by Stripe — see below). Used to fulfill your order and provide customer service.
IP address and browser type — collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools for security and performance.
Cookies and similar — described below.

3. How we use it

To send you what you requested (a free PDF, a book, an email).
To process payments (handled entirely by Stripe and Amazon Pay; we never see your full card number).
To improve the site (which posts people read, which CTAs convert).
To show you ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest based on whether you visited (you can opt out — see below).

4. Who we share it with

We share data with the third-party services we use to run the business. We do not sell your data, ever.

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe privacy policy.
Amazon Pay — alternate payment processor. Amazon Pay privacy notice.
IONOS — our website host.
Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic measurement.
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — for advertising attribution.
Pinterest tag — for advertising attribution.

5. Children's privacy

This website is intended for parents and adult gift-buyers, not for children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with information, please contact us at val@milliontoysbook.com and we will delete it.

6. Cookies

We use three categories of cookies:

Necessary — keep the shopping cart and login session working. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 anonymous page-view tracking.
Advertising — Meta Pixel and Pinterest tag for ad attribution and retargeting.

You can disable analytics and advertising cookies in your browser settings or via tools like AdChoices.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (California CCPA, EU GDPR, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email val@milliontoysbook.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, email affected users.

This is a starter policy. Have a lawyer review before relying on it for large-scale advertising, expanded data collection, or compliance with specific jurisdictions.
